Zylobot.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.


1. Services Overview

We provide AI-powered agents for Shopify stores, including:

⦿ Automated customer service responses.

⦿ Product recommendations.

⦿ Order and FAQ assistance.

Our agents utilise OpenAI’s API and require integration with your Shopify store.


2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

⦿ Provide accurate business information and Shopify API access as needed.

⦿ Ensure compliance with Shopify’s terms and applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

⦿ Not use our Services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities.

⦿ Obtain customer consent where required for data processing.


3. Fees & Payment

⦿ Fees are as stated in your selected plan (subscription or one-time).

⦿ Payments are processed via[Stripe/PayPal/Other].

⦿ Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Refund eligibility for annual plans is at our discretion.

⦿ Late Payments:Accounts may be suspended for non-payment.


4. Data Privacy & Security

⦿ Client data (e.g., customer chats) may be used to improve AI models but is anonymized where possible.

⦿ You are responsible for securing Shopify API keys and sensitive store data.


5. Intellectual Property

⦿ We retain ownership of our agent software, branding, and proprietary tech.

⦿ You retain ownership of your store data, product info, and branding.

⦿ OpenAI’s use of data is subject to their Terms of Use.


6. Limitation of Liability

⦿ Our Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

- Accuracy in product recommendations or agent responses.

⦿ We are not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Losses due to third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, OpenAI)


7. Termination

⦿ Either party may terminate with[30 days’ notice].

⦿ We may terminate immediately for violations (e.g., fraud, abuse).

⦿ Upon termination:

- You lose access to the AI agent.

- Unpaid fees remain due.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
